Gourmet Raw Living Foods Workshop and Lunch

Discover how delicious and inspiring raw foods can be. Learn how to live raw from start to finish, from sprouting mung beans and juicing wheatgrass to preparing the most delicious raw feasts that everyone will enjoy. All of the ingredients used are entirely raw and of benefit to your health. This class will provide you with a basic grounding in nutritional knowledge as well as some incredible food.

 

Recipes, tastings and demonstrations will include (but are not limited to):

  • Wild mushroom soup with garlic and hemp oil
  • Sweetcorn chips with tomato chutney
  • Courgette linguini with pesto
  • Sweet onion bread
  • Autumn berry cheesecake
  • Mint raw chocolate chip ice-cream

We will start with an introduction to raw living foods,

then a gourmet raw lunch will be provided when you will be able to ask Sarmado anything about the nutritional benefits of the food you are eating. Then we will go on to learn how to make some amazing recipes.

You will come away from this workshop with an exclusive recipe booklet and a wider knoledge of how to prepare meals deliciously for a raw food diet.
