Raw living foods are uncooked vegetables,fruits,nuts,seeds and sprouted grains which get transformed
into gourmet dishes.
Without using meat,dairy,processed or refined foods their is the capacity to experience positive life enhancing changes.
Eating a raw food diet can increase energy levels,bring a deeper sense of clarity as well as making you look years younger.
The workshop is ideal for those who are curious or beginners to Raw Foods..
Sarmado will explain what it is to ‘Eat Raw’, How to set up a raw kitchen and how to shop for Raw Foods.

- Apple, Lime & Celery Green Juice
- Tomato & Chilli Chips,
- Spicy Kale Crisps,
- Garlic & Herb Seed Crackers,
- Almond Hummus
- Coconut Mayonnaise
- Coriander Sprouted Bean Salad
- Chocolate & Almond Torte
The price for this workshop is £80 and includes the recipes and a Raw Living Lunch.

Ingredients:
- One and a half cups Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- Three quarters Cup Chopped young thai coconut meat
- Half a cup of Maple Syrup
- Quarter cup of Raw organic Cacao Powder
- Two tablespoons Coconut Oil
- Seeds from a fresh Vanilla bean
This is such an easy and delicious recipe!!!
Combine all the above ingredients and process until smooth.
Freeze in the ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
